Qld: Police appeal for fire death information

Police have appealed for information after a wheelchair-bound woman died in a suspicious
house fire on Brisbane's northern outskirts.

48 year old ELIZABETH KNOWLES died in a room at the back of her burning Kallangur home
yesterday morning.

The fire was the fourth serious incident at the house in a month.

During a third break and enter on April 13 .. Mrs KNOWLES was allegedly thrown from
her wheelchair and assaulted.

Detective Senior Sergeant ANDREW TRENERRY says they're appealing for anyone who saw
suspicious activity yesterday morning around Sheaves Street in Kallangur to come forward.
